Our foundry area has crucible and electric furnaces for melting bronze, aluminum and gray iron. Integration with our machining workshop allows us to deliver fully finished castings to the required tolerances.

Requirements analysis
Review of drawing, sample or part to replicate. Selection of material and process.
Mold modeling
Model fabrication in wood, resin or 3D printing. Preparation of molding sand.
Melting and pouring
Metal melting in furnace. Control of temperature and chemical composition of the alloy.
Demolding and cleaning
Extraction, deburring, shot blasting and surface cleaning of the casting.
Finish machining
Machining of functional surfaces to the specified tolerances. Delivery of finished part.
